Performance:

Sensational! Ted Hood's design staff and Bristol Yachts' craftsmen have helped define the term Cruiser-Racer. The 41.1 gets top performance from features like a medium displacement keel-centerboard design ( for favorable wetted surface to displacement ratio), a fine entry (for good upwind performance), powerful aft sections (for added stabilty and good speed off the wind), and a partailly skeg hung rudder. The best proof of performance is to sail and feel the sensation of the Bristol 41.1.

Interior Elegance:

Bristol's superb attention to detail is prevalent in the 41.1. The all wood interior is both spacious and luxuriously appointed with generous use of teak and/or Honduras Mahogany which complements both the high quality standard equipment and beautiful (optional) furniture. Cruising Comfort is enhanced by the privacy of two separate staterooms (each with its own head and shower). Your preference of center or aft cockpit arrangement is available in this shallow-draft centerboard yacht which draws 4' 6"(CB up) or 10' 0"(CB down).

Hull & Deck:

Molded high-impact fiberglass reinforced polyester resin ... largely woven roving, strongest material available. Hull and deck thicknesses vary to suit structural demands. Deckhouse, deck and cockpit are integrally molded. Deck clamp and cove stripe molded with hull. Non-skid pattern molded into deck, seats and cabin top. Deck layout reflects careful planning. opening hatch forward is large enough to permit handling sail bags. Molded sea hood is standard and molded rail from sea hood aft is prefect mount for dodger. All rails, coaming covers and trim are teak ... furnished natural sealed or varnished (optional).

Forward Cabin:

The V-berth arrangement; with its elegant hand-crafted closets, drawers and berths; epitomizes the quality workmanship Bristol has built its reputation on. There's separate access to the head with hot and cold pressure water and a shower as well.

Main Salon:

Attention to detail is especially noticeable in the large main salon area. Ample room for lounging and the L-shaped dinette make it an ideal social setting. Starboard transom berth or swivel chairs (optional) and a beautiful finish of teak and/or varnished, hand rubbed mahogany provide the type of accomodations one comes to expect from a Bristol.

Aft Cabin:

With a choice of split bunks or king size bunk; and a private head with shower (hot and cold pressure water) this handsomely designed area should please the discerning skipper. There's also a hanging locker, sitting area and plenty of storage space to keep things shipshape.

Galley:

The spacious and efficient galley is thoroughly equipped for your cruising needs. Stainless steel icebox, 12V Adler Barbour refrigeration, hot and cold pressure water, deep sinks and 3 burner alcohol stove with oven are standard equipment. Combine these features with the large counter surfaces and storage drawers and this galley should keep the cook happy.
